Next week Vinoutlet will participate to “FUORI DI TASTE“, the off siteshow linked to “TASTE” one of Italy’s most eclectic food events where excellence in wines, food and culinary ideas meet the best players of international gastronomy.”Fuori di Taste” is indeed a tour across the old city center where boutiques, ancient palaces and stores of all kind organize themed events with delicious tastings featuring the best that Italian food has to offer.
If you are looking for the usual “hotdog” this is not the right place…
Correct. In fact at VINOUTLET we have been thinking of something really tasty to showcase, involving wine (of course!), taralli and nougats representing Italy from North to South.
“The Artisans of flavor: Veneto, Piedmont & Apulia meet at Vinoutlet” becomes the event we have thought to introduce you to our naturally sweet, from late harvestPrimitivo and Fiano di Puglia (Producer: Pirro Varone, Manduria) and to Moscato d’Asti(Producer: 499, Camo AT) pairing them with hand-made nougat(Producer: Scaldaferro, Dolo VE) andorganic, traditional tarallini from Apulia (Producer: Agricola del Sole, Corato BA).
